Random Thought~

If only there were more hours in a day. There's so much to do yet so little time. 24 hours a day. 8 is spent sleeping, another 8 spent at work. Almost 1 hour is spent in traffic. Food takes about 2 hours. 1 hour is devoted to hygiene. That leaves 4 hours.... between 7pm to 11pm I finally have some free time... but usually that time is again split to do different things for mom or grandpa or spending some quality time with Em...

New Obesession - Makeup!

Mood: Still in long-weekend mode!~
Thought: I want to do some serious shopping for... makeup!

Lately I've been crazy shopping for makeup!! It started all in May... when I got my Clinique stuff.... and its been out of hand!

I started with simple skincare products, I mean your skin has to be healthy looking and acne free then you won't need anytyhing else... right??

--- WRONG ---

It triggers a new set of reactions... I started with looking at the different types of foundations then concealers, eye shadows, eyebrow pencils, mascara, eye shadow primers, eye shadow palettes, blushes...

I learned more about makeup in the past 5 months than I ever thought I'd want to. But it has been interesting... after going on youtube and checking out a how-to-do makeup (actually that started when Dana started showing me all these looks on youtube) I got really hooked onto Michelle Phan's work. She's amazing! I learned quite a bit from her. Though it has been Ronnie and Cat who's been shopping and looking at stuff with me (not to forget eMmm.)

Need to stop and start saving!

Just experiencing one of those 'poopie day's as my baby calls them... I don't like staying away from him for too long... it makes me... feel so... incomplete... blah~ I know I'm clingy...

Even though it is gorgeous outside, everyone's feeling cranky today. The network is down again... stupid server... I keep getting disconnected, emails not being sent, nothing seems to work... I wish they would just send us home...

Moving on.... So I was looking at my blog since my last update and I realized I haven't uploaded pictures from my workplace.... I guess this will have to do... one of the more current pics of me at work.... yes... goofing off..

So here is some highlights for some things that happened in the past 4 weeks!

August 22nd, 2009 the wonderful union of two amazing people, Tran and Hop! It was just beautiful, with lots of music, happy people and good food! I sat with a table with people from Montreal~ =) They were funn!!! (and most of their food ended up in Em's tummy... what a piggie!)

During one of my "moodiness" I went and hung out with Jaime and Sasa! she's is adorable and sooooo tini! Now... I want a dog... just like her! haha... Simply cuz she's so cute, and she doesn't bark...

So at the end of summer we decided to have some chilly goodies... We finally had icecream at Murphy's, and we tried the shaved ice and grape slushy at Ten Ren~ Not bad :D

Bugs are extremely attracted to Em... In the past 2 months he's got bitten by mosquitos, black flies and was stung by a wasp (that also happened to be infected with bacteria) -__-" His arm is swollen and red... This boy keeps getting me worried... Aii~

On top of all this, my house got struck by lightening last Thrusday and most of our appliances are gone with the satelite and internet T^T ~~bleh~ bad luck lately~~ need to find more gold stuff to wear (mother said that gold brings me luck this year.. haha)

Bleh~ my gums are still swollen, can't really open my mouth to talk or eat~ having déja vu of my wisdom teeth days... ack~

Alrights back to work... Still waiting to have lunch!
