About my phone...

On my way to work one day, I flirted with the idea that it might be time for a new phone... then I realized, I am perfectly happy with my N8.

The reasons why I fell in love with it are as follow:

• I adore all the Nokia phones I've had because they were durable, had great reception and I loved the OS (I've previously owned phones from Sony Ericson, Motorola, Audiovox and Samsung and did not like any of the OS)
• The 12MP camera is amazing, and the quality of the photos are excellent, it can take better macro pictures than any other phones (very important for me!)
• FM transmitter is ubber handy for road trips! However due to the weak signals, other cars or building can cause interference. This problem was mostly fixed since my phone had been debranded and is currently running Symbian Belle.
• It's a Nokia :)

Reason why I am considering considered to switching:

• Slow updates, there are kinks with the phone since it came out over a year ago... but that might be normal with most phones...
• Currently, the only reason why I would change my phone is if the N8 died and wouldn't turn on. I have no complaints about it except for me missing the old date/time layout, but it is not enough for me to question my devotion for this phone

Peng attack!

Hello! Just wanted to introduce you to... Noba, Linus, Pepper Quin, Emmie and Ellie :)

These were some of the new addition to the family over the holidays however I didn't get a chance to do the intro, so this is it :) Noba is a character from Bleach and he is my loyal servant who brings me my snacks and tea. Linus got his name from the Snoopy character Linus van Pelt because he is permanently wrapped in his blanket~ Pepper Quin is a gentle peng who got her name from Al :)~ Emmie and Ellie are known as Owl-pengs or as of late, Jerk-pengs because they have been mean to Em... What was their crime? rubbing their feet on Em when he is playing computer games... haha!

Day to myself~

Sometimes being a part of a couple, some people lose themselves.

Every Saturday I get part of the afternoon to myself. It feels so nice to get to know myself, to do things at my own speed without having to fusa over things about my other half.

Have you taken a day off lately, just to get in touch with yourself?

Seafarer of Catan :) finally tried it!! It was a long game that took up the entire night~  James won despite the fact that everyone was against him (3 vs 1)

Noba is the anniversary gift from Em :) he is completely handmade from scratch~~ 

 I even took him to work :)
