Random post for December

I'm making it a habit putting up my random post of the month! Here are some pictures from December that I'd like to share, enjoy!

Seafarer of Catan :) finally tried it!! It was a long game that took up the entire night~  James won despite the fact that everyone was against him (3 vs 1)

Gourmet Food and Wine Expo 2011

We have friends birthday throughout the month of November, starting with Em on the 4th, Alan on the 8th, Will on the 10th and Esther on the 12th (I think...) so... Happy birthday to all Scorpios~

The weekend started on Friday night when we went to Real Sports Bar downtown and then proceed to watch LFL... It was the first time eM and I went to see a game live... it was a bonus that there were a bunch of girls in lingerie tackling each other ;) Unfortunately, the Toronto team lost 6-30(I think... it might have been worse)... But who could win against the American team? They were all big and strong!

We ended off the weekend watching Elaine's concert... This was also another first for us :) I really liked the song Sway and I'm thinking about having it played at the wedding... what do you think?

Tuesday night: FAIL!

No one from the original group wanted to meet up... Needless to say, we all stayed home... and I have been so looking forward to finally a Tuesday... Try again NEXT week...

Pigging out on Family Trip!

First off... let me justify my pigging out during this trip with my family... I went white water rafting down Ocoee River for 3 hours... I deserved all the yummies that followed the next couple of days... :) Here's half of my trip down the river with the names of the rapids :)

Ok... and now onto the food! Due do the fact that moving lots of pictures around can be quite... painful... these pictures are at random... not in the order they were consumed (over 3 days...)

This was SOOOOOO awesome with 8 shrimps, 4 oyster and some crab meat... It was a very generous portion that made someboddy VERY happy, there was also a bit of rice at the bottom :)

Month-niversary: Aug 15, 2011

We originally wanted to get the Slow Roast Prime Rib which we both LOVED, but they had a big party and everyone ordered it... Em was tempted to wait 1.5 hours for it however my stomach couldn't wait (it was 8 something by then) so... the manager gave us a complimentary dessert. Unfortunately I don't know where the picture went :| just imagine a delicious chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream! :)
